Yes you can. If the order has not been sent to the suppliers this is no problem. If the order has been placed or delivered there will be a nominal fee for returning product. This will be discussed before returning the product with you. This process can cause delays to the order so it is important not to leave this till the last minute.
Yes but in order to do this we need your artwork to be supplied in an acceptable format and quality level. Formats include but are not limited to PDF, Jpeg, and Gif. Please contact us if you are unsure. If artwork is not satisfactory we will work with you to correct this issue. As this process can take considerable time please allow for this in your ordering time frame
This is subject to receiving completed engraving and is also dependent on the size of the order but we appreciate 2 weeks lead time to complete and your order will be received in that time. We recommend putting a delivery date on the order so that we have a schedule to work to
If you don't like the trophies you have ordered unfortunately there is very little that can be done as there is no returning used trophies. If you order too many but they aren't used these can be returned for a small fee which is charged by the manufacturer
